Re "1920 - Rio de Janeiro: Sampaio Araujo" - is there evidence of this edition that can be presented, or even one published before 1959? Worldcat at least has nothing about it that I can find (but I know Worldcat is nowhere near complete, and sometimes one has to search very cleverly).
