fairly sure it was first published in ca.1909 (mentioned in a journal - Musical Times of London, May 1 1909 - that year or so; and that Paul Lacombe's opus nos. weren't up to 134 in the 1890s, for what it's worth :).)- Schissel (Hamelle plate table seems to agree.) 1908 according to Musicweb review...
If there are eg letters from Lacombe to Crocé-Spinelli (with the names filled out) that would be good to know (as a first initial is suggestive but not always- even with a rare surname- really sufficient.)
