This one -is- familiar as a serenade/divertimento for small string orchestra, iirc...
As noted in the NMA report p.17, Artaria published selected movements from these quartets, jumbled, as "Quartetto I", "II" and "III" in (ca.?) 1792; their complete publication seems to have waited until later. Pleyel published a complete (known) collection of Mozart's string chamber works ca.1804, it seems so not later than 1804, anyway...)
